This is a listing of work in progress, recently completed projects and some of our valued customers. Our work is based on referrals and repeat work exclusively. We do not advertise or even letter our trucks. Our work is split between “design & build” and “plan & specification” work. Our design & build work is based on my engineering department We work seamlessly with architects, engineers, designers and contractors on a daily basis and we have very good relationships with local engineers and architects.

We are currently performing all HVAC work on a design & build basis for Leyland Alliance. Leyland is a commercial & residential developer and a community planner. We are working at their project in Warwick, NY on the Warwick Grove site. This project is for 180 single family houses, 44 townhouses, 30 condo units in three multi-story buildings, live & work buildings and a 10,000 square foot community center which is completed. We have been onsite there for three years already and expect at least another two years of work before completion

Leyland is also the developer for the Newburgh Waterfront Development. They are holding a “Charrette” the week of January 31, 2006 which will have world renowned architects and city planners on staff to plan the revitalization of the Newburgh Waterfront. We are in line to be the mechanical contractor for this project. The HVAC work will be a mix of design & build and plan & specification work.

The grand opening was just held for “Shadows” restaurant in Poughkeepsie and we also recently completed “The Grandview” which is connected to Shadows. This was a 50,000 square foot new construction project which is the anchor for the Poughkeepsie Waterfront Development Project. This building is the first of another 500,000 square feet to be built along the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie. We will be providing all HVAC work including commercial kitchen hoods and ventilation for the entire project over the next 3-5 years. There will be more restaurants as well as a hotel and multi-story commercial building combined with several two and three story mixed use buildings along a river walk. We are under contract directly with the developers of the Poughkeepsie Waterfront.

Another customer is the Archdiocese of NY. We service and care for over two dozen catholic parishes. We have done installations in schools, churches, rectories, convents, retreat centers and parish centers on both a “design & build” basis as well as “plan & specification” basis. We recently completed a full rehabilitation of the boilers at John S. Burke Catholic High School in Goshen, NY.
